Product Description
This pocket thermometer is furnished in a 1” dial size, stainless steel case with a raised, clear acrylic, magnifying lens, which enhances the readability of the small dial from greater distances. The instrument can be easily recalibrated using a nut located on the rear of the case; however, all instruments are factory tested prior to shipment. A pointed stainless steel stem, 5” in length and .142” in diameter, allows the thermometer to easily penetrate into meats and like substances without damaging the product or the thermometer. The instrument is supplied in a convenient plastic carrying case with a pocket clip and is designed for general testing.
