Return / Cancellation Policy


All class and exam registrations are FINAL.
Rescheduling fees apply as listed below.


Class/Exam No Shows
Fees are non-refundable.

Class/Exam Reschedules
We must receive advance notice of 6 days or more prior to scheduled class or exam date for participant to be eligible for a one-time courtesy reschedule. If a class or exam is rescheduled less than 6 days prior to scheduled date, a rescheduling fee will apply. $100 for a rescheduled class $50 for a rescheduled exam Reschedule fees are non-refundable. Any unused class or exam fees must be used within 6 months or be forfeited.

Class/Exam Cancellations by Cenza
If we cancel a class or exam, Cenza will reschedule participants at no additional fee. If we cancel a class or exam due to inclement weather, participants will be notified via telephone and/or email and will be rescheduled at no additional fee. If we run a class and a participant chooses not to attend due to weather, the participant would be responsible for the rescheduling fee.

Product Returns
Any new/unopened product may be returned to PTI with advance notice for credit, less any shipping and handling fees. All new/unopened products returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No product returns accepted after 30 days from original invoice date. Online training programs are non-refundable.
