Our customized precision service training manuals are for any service-based business. We require a 10-hour non-refundable retainer of $2,000 to secure a consultant to complete a gap analysis of your team’s job positions and service procedures. The retainer covers one on-site visit, gap analysis report, and conference call outlining findings. Travel expenses apply.
