Product Description:
The 8-hour course will be conducted over for Segment 2 of the Seafood HACCP certification and constructed to meet the HACCP training requirements established under Title 21 CFR Part 123.10 of the U.S. FDA mandatory seafood inspection program.
The Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) upholds the Seafood HACCP Alliance protocol and issues certificates for all participants who complete this course.
At the conclusion of the course, participants will be prepared to apply Seafood HACCP principles to their operation. Successful completion of the course will merit a Seafood HACCP "Certificate of Course Completion” from AFDO.
Please note: Segment 1 MUST be completed prior to attending this course. Proof of completion will be required for entrance into class.
