Developed by the FSPCA, this course is the "standardized curriculum" recognized by FDA. Successful completion of this course is one way to meet the requirements for a "food defense qualified individual" responsible for conducting a vulnerability assessment.
Key Topics

- Provides information on creating and analyzing your food defense plan
- Evaluates processes, vulnerabilities, actionable process steps, and mitigation strategies
Who should take this course?
The IA Rule applies to both domestic and foreign companies that are required to register with the FDA as food facilities under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Effective September 1, 2018 - All class and exam registrations are FINAL.
