Part of the SURE Series, this course provides participants with the knowledge to develop and write a retail or food service HACCP Plan using the five HACCP Star points training aid. HACCP, or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point, is a system comprised of food safety, food defense, and the seven HACCP Principles that are applied to a written food safety program. The HACCP Food Safety Manager Certification is approved by the International HACCP Alliance. The purchase includes a four day course, the HACCP Food Safety Manager Manual, the SURE Manager HACCP Online Exam, and a HACCP Food Safety Manager Certification with HACCP Alliance Seal. The SURE series is dedicated to Safe, Useful, Responsible Education.
