This course is designed to help candidates prepare for the National Environmental Health Association’s CP-FS credential examination. The exam will not be offered at the TEHA AEC.
Active Managerial Control (AMC):
This one-day course will be offered on both Monday, October 17 and Tuesday, October 18. This course is limited to 20 participants each day.
Active Managerial Control (AMC) is the purposeful incorporation of specific actions or procedures by industry management into the operation of their business to attain control over foodborne illness risk factors. It embodies a preventive rather than reactive approach to food safety through a continuous system of monitoring and verification. This is a high energy and interactive experience.
